Characteristics of the planetary reducer test bench:

1. The signal output waveform square wave amplitude can be selected as 5V/12V.
2. It can enter the working state as soon as it is powered on, without the need for a preheating process.
3. High detection accuracy, good stability, and anti-interference.
4. It can be installed in any position and in any direction.
5. Continuous measurement of positive and negative torques can be made without repeated zero adjustment.
6. Energy and signals are transferred non-contact, and the transmission signal is independent of whether it is rotating, the speed, and the direction of rotation.
7. It can transmit prohibited torque signals, rotating torque signals, dynamic torque signals, and static torque signals.
8. The sensor can be used independently of the secondary instrument, and only needs to be powered as required to output an impedance proportional to the torque, such as a square wave or pulse wave frequency signal; or voltage and current signals.
9. Due to the transformer-induced power supply and the absence of wear parts such as current collector rings, it can work at high speed for a long time and is applied to the torque monitoring of motors, generators, reducers, and diesel engines.
